Conference agenda video template
Your conference programme as a 90-second metro map: every track a coloured line, your highlighted sessions as stations with their time, speaker and room, keynotes where all the lines meet, and the whole map as the poster. Music only.

About the the programme template
This template turns a conference agenda into a 90-second film drawn as a metro map. It was first made for the PGConf.EU 2026 programme, and every beat lands on its music: your logo and the words THE PROGRAMME while the legend draws each track as a coloured line and the lines race out across the map; a departure board for the first day; a cab that rides from station to station, where an enamel sign shows each session's time, title, speaker and room; a new board for every new day; the evening's sessions or parties on a night board; and at the end the whole network as a poster with your dates, venue, address and button.
It is an example, not a form. Tell Claude in a sentence which event it is for: its name or the address of its schedule is enough. Claude reads what you write and anything you attach, finds the rest itself on the web when it needs to (the schedule, the tracks and their colours, the dates and the venue, the logo), picks the highlights from your own programme and remakes the film. Every frame is drawn again in code: the map is laid out for your number of tracks and days, stations sit along each day by their start time, long titles are fitted, and keynotes become interchanges where every line meets. It is not a video with your words pasted over it.
You can change it any way you like. Say which sessions to highlight, which tracks to show, what the button should say or which colours to use, and Claude follows it. The map holds 2 to 6 tracks and 6 to 12 highlighted sessions, plus up to three evening stops such as a party or a reception; 1 to 4 days read best, and a one-day event is drawn as a morning and an afternoon. Attach your logo, or photos of your keynote speakers to show them on their signs.
There is no narration: the film is music only, so it plays well with the sound off in a feed and needs no translation, and the words on screen can be in your language, Cyrillic included. It is a wide 16:9 film for YouTube, your website or the screens at the venue.
A film from this template uses 90 credits: its 90 seconds. You can close the page while it is made: the film keeps being made, and an email tells you when it is done. Films on the Free plan carry KitCut's small mark in a corner. Every film made from the template gets its own page and link to share, and you can publish it to your YouTube channel from there.
Questions
What do I need to give?
The name of your event or the address of its schedule. Claude finds the programme, the tracks, the dates, the venue and the logo itself, on the web too when it needs to. Attach your logo or keynote speakers' photos, or say which sessions to highlight, and Claude uses yours.
How many sessions and tracks can it show?
2 to 6 tracks as lines, 6 to 12 highlighted sessions as stations with their own sign, and up to three evening stops such as a party, a reception or networking. Every keynote you highlight becomes an interchange where all the lines meet. With a big programme, name the sessions you want, or let Claude choose them from your schedule.
Will it make up sessions?
No. Every station comes from your published schedule, with its title as printed. What Claude cannot find, it leaves out and tells you.
How many credits does it use?
90 credits: its 90 seconds, rounded up to the next 5 seconds.
Can it be in another language?
Yes. Write your prompt in your language or ask for one, and every word on screen, the labels too, is in it. Cyrillic is supported.
