Open house invitation video template
A 30-second narrated open house invitation: a yard sign with the day and hours, the home's photo and address, beds, baths, square feet and price, a few rooms, a pin on the map and who to call, in your own logo and colours.

About the open house invitation template
This template is the short video an agent or a builder posts in the week before an open house so that people come on the day. It was first made for Lennar's grand opening of the Driftwood model home at Pepperwood in Stuart, Florida, and it runs 30 seconds with a narrator: a yard sign swings in with your logo, the day and the hours; the home's photo appears with its address; the bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and price tick in one by one; two or three more photos pass, each with its room's name; a pin drops on a drawn street map; and the last card repeats the day, the hours and the address with who to call.
It is an example, not a form. Tell Claude in a sentence which home and when: the address, the day and the hours are enough, with the facts you want shown. Attach your photos of the house and your logo. If you give only a link to the listing or the event's page, Claude reads it and finds what it can there, including the host's own photos. Every frame is drawn again in code and fitted to your content, so a long address, a price with or without "from" and a home with or without a name all lay out. It is not a video with your words pasted over it.
Nothing is made up. Only the facts you give or the page publishes are shown: with no price, there is no price; with one photo, the film holds on it longer. The day must be a real one that is still to come, and the weekday is checked against the calendar; when no date can be found, the film shows none, so it is best to say the day and hours in your prompt. The map is a simple drawing with your street's name, not a satellite view.
The narrator says the invitation in a few warm, plain sentences, and the words follow your prompt, so you can ask for another language, a more formal tone or a line about refreshments or a price reduction. The film comes wide (16:9) for your listing page, YouTube and Facebook, and vertical (9:16) for Reels, Stories and TikTok: choose the frame before you make it. One film is one home on one day, so an agent with a listing every weekend makes one each week and changes only the address, the photos and the date.
A film from this template uses about 30 credits, its 30 seconds, and is ready in about 10 minutes once its turn comes; you can close the page, and an email tells you when it is done. Films on the Free plan carry KitCut's small mark in a corner. Every film gets its own page and link to share, and you can publish it to your YouTube channel from there.
Questions
What do I need to make an open house video?
The address, the day and the hours, and the facts you want on screen: bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, price. Attach a few photos of the home and your logo. A link to the listing works too: Claude reads it for the rest.
Which photos does it use?
Yours, if you attach them: an outside view first, then up to three rooms. With only a link, Claude uses the photos the host publishes on that page. It never uses a photo of another home.
Will it make up a price or a date?
No. A fact that is not in your prompt or on the page is left off the film. The weekday is checked against the calendar, and an event that has already passed is not used. Say the day and hours in your prompt to be sure they are shown.
Does it come vertical for Reels and Stories?
Yes: vertical 9:16 and wide 16:9. Choose the frame on the template's page before you make the film; each one is laid out for its shape, not cropped.
Can I use it for a new community or a model home opening?
Yes. It was first made for a builder's model home grand opening. Say what the event is called and the sign says it: Open house, Model grand opening, Broker's open.
How long does it take, and how many credits does it use?
About 10 minutes once its turn comes; you can close the page, and an email tells you when it is ready. It uses about 30 credits, its 30 seconds.
